I am working in a digital marketing agency as a web analyst for more than 1 year. As a product analyst, these are my main responsibilities: - Implementing datalayer structure for both Universal Analytics and GA4. Creating custom events to be able to get deep analysis. - By using GTM, tracking customers' interaction with the websites and sending the data to the panels like UA, GA4, Meta, RTB House - Installations, and usage of UA and GA4. - Creating app event documents for Firebase and Adjust to track customer interactions in the app. - Making app event tests on Firebase debug view and on Adjust. - Performing audience, landing & exit page, category performance, and funnel steps analysis in Looker Studio. - Analyzing customers' behaviors and interactions (scroll rate, dead clicks, heat maps) on the website by using Microsoft Clarity and making presentations. - Coming up with UX suggestions. - Creating A/B test scenarios.
